Return policy
30-day returns and one-year warranty
Eligible electronics may be returned within 30 days of verified delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with accessories, cables, and manuals included.
Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing and hardware defects under normal use. Accidental damage, misuse, and unauthorized modifications fall outside warranty coverage.
RMA process
How to start a return

Contact support
Email our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Receive authorization
We issue an RMA number. Do not ship any electronics before this authorization is confirmed.

Pack securely
Repack the item in its original packaging, with the RMA number written clearly on the outside.

Inspection and refund
We inspect the returned item and process the refund or replacement after approval.
