Every Zouba order is prepared at our Hong Kong warehouse, then sent with a tracked carrier to customers worldwide.
Carrier assignment and package security
Each parcel is assigned to an international carrier based on destination and service availability. Packages are sealed, padded, and labelled before collection so electronics arrive protected.
Every parcel receives an end-to-end tracking number at dispatch, so you can follow it from the warehouse to your door.
Order handling and transit
Orders are handled in 1 to 3 business days. Standard international delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days.
